About The Position

Springbrook Behavioral Health is seeking a Corporate Healthcare Learning and Development (L&D) Trainer who will design and deliver training programs to improve employee performance, ensuring compliance with medical regulations (HIPAA, OSHA) and improving patient care. They will assess skill gaps, onboard new hires, and use various methods, including virtual and instructor-led training, to educate clinical and non-clinical staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Education, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of urgent care workflows, patient safety standards, and evidence-based medicine.
  • Expertise in adult learning principles, facilitation, and virtual training tools.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for coaching and training diverse staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, specializing clinical training roles.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training for new employees, ensuring understanding of organizational culture and job duties.
  • Train staff on critical healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control protocols.
  • Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and develop training initiatives.
  • Design learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and manuals.
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track attendance, completion, and effectiveness.
