About The Position

This role involves being an active member of multiple employer client teams, providing financial analyses, outputs, and client deliverables across a region. The position supports benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies. It also includes contributing to vendor financial reviews for clients, providing quality reviews for technical and consulting accuracy on client projects, and delivering accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to support client decisions. The role also requires partnering with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams for project management, learning to communicate complex financial/actuarial/analytic results to drive client action, and building strong internal relationships and collaborating effectively on cross-functional teams.
