About The Position

Lincoln International is seeking an experienced Analyst to join its rapidly growing Healthcare M&A practice in New York, NY. The role offers the opportunity to work on transactions from start to finish in a demanding but supportive, team-oriented environment. The Analyst serves as the analytical anchor for the deal team, preparing and checking financial models and analysis, interpreting results, asking questions, and drawing conclusions. The Analyst also plays a key role in preparing client presentations and supporting M&A assignments, due diligence, client interactions, and the firm’s marketing activities. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–3 years of sell-side M&A experience required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 required.
• Strong writing, verbal communication, and computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Assertive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, complete, and ensure the accuracy of financial modeling and analysis.
• Interpret financial analysis results, pose questions, and draw conclusions.
• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side M&A assignments.
• Identify potential acquirers and targets.
• Conduct industry and company-specific research.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of presentation materials.
• Support the due diligence process.
• Interact with clients regularly and attend client meetings.
• Support the firm’s marketing activities related to an industry or engagement.
