About The Position

1bios is a U.S.-based healthcare company providing Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and other virtual care programs to physician practices across the United States. We are seeking experienced, patient-focused Enrollment Specialists based in Latin America to join our remote team. In this role, you will speak with U.S.-based Medicare patients by phone, explain physician-recommended healthcare programs, answer questions, and enroll patients who choose to participate. This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience supporting U.S. healthcare organizations, Medicare Advantage plans, medical offices, or insurance call centers.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with U.S. healthcare or Medicare patients (medical office, call center, insurance verification, care coordination, etc.)
• Strong spoken English skills; must be easily understood by older adult patients
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download recommended)
• Quiet, professional home office setup
• Headset with clear microphone
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern or Central Time hours
• Comfortable with consistent outbound calling

Responsibilities

• Make 8–15 outbound calls per hour to U.S. Medicare patients
• Educate patients on doctor-recommended RPM and CCM programs
• Answer Medicare-related questions (coverage, monthly participation, opt-out)
• Obtain verbal consent and enroll interested patients in our system
• Accurately document call notes and patient information
• Meet daily productivity and enrollment performance targets
