About The Position
We are running a paid study on data governance and compliance practices within healthcare organizations. As artificial intelligence tools require broader access to medical records and systems, managing this data safely becomes a critical challenge. This research aims to understand how governance frameworks are adapting to these new technological demands. During a remote voice interview, you will discuss your organization's approach to data compliance and risk management. We will ask you to walk through the processes used for granting or restricting AI access to sensitive health information. You will also react to several hypothetical scenarios involving data governance challenges. The conversation will flow organically based on your specific role and daily responsibilities.
Requirements
- Professional experience in healthcare data governance or compliance
- Familiarity with medical data privacy regulations and security standards
- Direct involvement in evaluating or managing data access for software tools
- Comfortable discussing high-level organizational workflows in a remote interview
