This position analyzes healthcare data, supports reporting and dashboard development, assists with business process documentation, and collaborates with internal workgroups to improve data quality and operational efficiency. This role supports statewide healthcare system coordination by helping evaluate trends, improve data quality, and enhance operational efficiency across EMS systems, trauma programs, and related healthcare entities. An ideal candidate will have experience working in or supporting healthcare, emergency services, or other regulated service environments with exposure to data, reporting, quality improvement, or operational analysis.
