GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Healthcare Data Analyst is responsible for the development, management, validation, analysis, and reporting of quality, operational, and regulatory data. This position serves as a subject matter expert for data integrity and quality measurement, ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable data are available to support quality improvement initiatives, patient safety efforts, regulatory compliance, operational decision-making, and strategic planning. The Healthcare Data Analyst collaborates with clinical, operational, financial, and information technology teams to develop databases, reports, dashboards, and data validation processes that support organizational goals and continuous performance and process improvement. This role requires advanced analytical skills, knowledge of healthcare data systems, and the ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences.
