The Health Coordinator, who can be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Medical Assistant (MA), will handle administrative tasks, appointment scheduling, post-offer drug and alcohol testing, inventory management, and communications. This role provides support and assistance to employees, occupational health nurses, and facility management. The individual in this position will not perform any medical treatments but will assist nurses with data entry into TM digital charts and CORITY for various programs such as Hazmat, AI, Formaldehyde, Hearing Conservation, COVID vaccine administration records, DOT filing, and MD notes after nurse sign-off. They will also manage medical supply inventory, ensure appropriate use of hearing protection, and perform pre-employment health, drug, and alcohol screens.
