About The Position

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a strategic leader to help shape the future of diagnostics by leading enterprise-level lab transformation across the Western United States. This role is designed for a proven healthcare transformation leader ready for greater scope, influence, and strategic impact. As Healthcare Consulting Solutions Manager, you will lead a regional consulting team delivering end-to-end laboratory transformation for leading healthcare systems. You will partner with healthcare and internal executives to modernize lab operations through automation, informatics, and integrated diagnostic ecosystems—moving beyond point solutions to scalable, future-ready models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical/Clinical Laboratory Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Experience leading people or field-based consulting teams
• 5+ years in clinical laboratory, diagnostics, or IVD environments
• 5+ years in healthcare consulting, Total Lab solution design, or digital transformation
• Expertise in lab workflow optimization, automation, and informatics
• Ability to travel up to 50%

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. diagnostics trends and regulations
• Experience with LIS/LIMS, middleware, connectivity, and automation
