About The Position

Solid Rock Recruiting is working with a long-term client in the Charleston area that is looking to add an experienced Healthcare Construction Superintendent to their team. This is a long-term opportunity with an established specialty subcontractor that is continuing to grow its healthcare division. They have major hospital work in the Charleston market, with additional projects already in the pipeline. This role is a little different from a traditional Superintendent position. You will still be heavily involved in the field, coordinating trades, maintaining the schedule, and making sure work is being completed safely and correctly. However, there is also a strong focus on project coordination, documentation, communication, and working closely with the project team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands healthcare construction, can confidently manage field operations, and is comfortable handling the project documentation and communication that comes with complex hospital work.
