About The Position

Corenic Construction Group is seeking a Healthcare Construction Project Manager for their Operations department. This role is responsible for the overall direction of construction projects and is a key member of the Operations/Project Management Department. The candidate will establish project objectives and policies, maintain relationships with prime client contracts, and monitor construction and financial activities through on-site PM's or Construction Managers. The Project Manager will be part of a leadership team dedicated to directing the day-to-day management of the project.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
5+ years of experience managing other project managers/staff
Prior experience with healthcare construction projects and healthcare project requirements
Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve quickly
Excellent skills establishing rapport with clients, vendors, team members and leadership
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated experience with consistently maintaining project related paperwork

Responsibilities

Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
Manage schedule, determine project objectives, policies and procedures.
Complete buyout of subcontractors and vendors.
Initiate and maintain liaison with client, architect and/or engineer.
Provide technical assistance with interpretation of drawings, methods and equipment needed.
Represent company in project meetings.
Prepare and submit monthly job status reports that outline project priorities and issues.
Responsible for client satisfaction.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Assist with preparing bids and proposal submissions to clients.
