We are seeking a Project Manager - Healthcare Facilities for our federal team supporting projects on the Yokota Air Force Base in Japan. This role will be responsible for upgrading and retrofitting Building Technologies projects (HVAC, HVAC Building Automation and Controls, Electronic Security Systems, Utility Monitoring and Metering systems, SCADA, Power Generation, Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, PA Systems, Infant Abduction, etc) for healthcare facilities on the base (hospitals, medical centers, etc). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare construction and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, infection control, and unique challenges of renovating occupied military healthcare facilities.
