Requirements

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, or data operations, preferably within healthcare, revenue cycle, medical billing, or physician practices.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and data modeling.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, detail, and problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes and medical billing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and delivery of accurate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support clinical, operational, and financial decision-making.
Manage and execute reporting projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Operations, Clinical Operations, and Business Development teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
Support process improvement initiatives through data analysis and insights.
Mentor and guide team members in BI best practices, data modeling, and reporting techniques.
Maintain and optimize Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and data models for performance and scalability.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI deliverables.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging BI tools to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
