About The Position

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Healthcare B2B Sales Lead. This is a permanent position with competitive salary, equity, and benefits. Our client is an early-stage, mission-driven healthcare organization focused on modernizing how older adults and their families navigate care. Founded by experienced healthcare operators and backed by leading investors, the company is building a platform that simplifies care pathways, improves advocacy, and supports families during the most critical moments in a care journey. They are scaling rapidly and seeking leaders who want to help define a new category in senior care. In this role, you will build and execute the end-to-end Healthcare B2B sales function from the ground up. You will sell into payors and regional health systems, accelerating adoption of an innovative care navigation model designed to improve outcomes and experiences for seniors. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role working closely with the founding team.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of full-cycle Healthcare specific B2B sales experience
  • Proven success selling to health plans and/or regional health systems
  • Track record of closing six- and seven-figure partnerships
  • Experience selling early-stage or startup healthcare solutions
  • Ability to engage confidently with clinical and operational decision-makers
  • Highly self-driven with demonstrated ability to build pipeline and execute independently
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous growth environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in care navigation, care coordination, advocacy, or patient experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from sourcing to contract execution
  • Develop and manage a pipeline across Medicare Advantage plans, regional systems, and IDNs
  • Work directly with founders to refine go-to-market strategy and messaging
  • Lead structured pilots and convert results into long-term contracts
  • Create repeatable sales processes and CRM infrastructure
  • Engage both clinical and administrative leaders in complex sales environments
