Position: B2B Sales Representative Hours/Week: Full-time, 40+ hours We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our team and drive revenue growth throughout Northern NJ. Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably the service industry
- Strong communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and planning
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Results-oriented with a track recork of exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor
- Personable, presentable, articulate
- Open, cooperative, enthusiastic
- Self-directed with exceptional initiative
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Insurance Agents, Property Managers and service providers(plumbers) within territory assigned
- Conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand clients needs and pain points
- Present our services as compelling solutions to client needs
- Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business touchpoints
- Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM , send email campaigns, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
- Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up to date on market trends and competitor activities
