About The Position

SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an Associate with 3 - 6 years of health law experience in transactional work, regulatory due diligence, and contracting. Successful candidates will have knowledge of general federal and state health care regulatory schemes and experience with Illinois health law issues, including knowledge of the Stark law, the Anti-Kickback statute, HIPAA/HITECH Act, Medicare conditions of participation, licensing, and reimbursement. Top academic credentials are required. Large firm experience is required.

Requirements
