About The Position

An engineering firm is looking to add a Healthcare Architect to their team. This role involves leading healthcare design projects, managing project scope, schedule, and fees, and ensuring client satisfaction through additional services. The architect will oversee the technical completion of projects and guide other design professionals. Building and maintaining client relationships through industry engagement, marketing, and lead follow-up is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
• 8+ years of experience in Healthcare architectural design and project management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Master’s in Architecture preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead Healthcare design projects
• Develop/manage project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects
• Provide additional scope/services requested by client to meet their satisfaction
• Oversee technical completion of projects and other design professionals in the completion of healthcare project design/documentation
• Build/maintain client relationships by attending industry events, setting up meetings, marketing services, and following up on leads
• Manage project team including mentoring, training, and collaboration
