About The Position

We are working with a well-established architectural practice in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Healthcare Architect to support the delivery of a range of healthcare projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect with strong technical delivery experience and a background in healthcare design to join a collaborative, design-led environment offering hybrid working and long-term career progression.

Requirements

• ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience delivering healthcare projects within a UK architectural practice.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Confident working across multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong technical detailing and coordination skills.
• Experience producing construction information and technical drawing packages.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and healthcare design standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare projects through multiple RIBA stages from concept through to completion.
• Produce detailed technical drawing packages and construction information.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with contractors throughout the construction phase.
• Manage workloads, deadlines and contribute to project programming.
• Support the development of healthcare schemes while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.
