Sailor Health
•$225,000 - $280,000•Remote

About The Position

Sailor Health is building an integrated care model for older adults that brings together mental and physical healthcare, healthcare advocacy, and wellness classes. Its goal is to help patients and families understand their care, identify issues earlier, reduce avoidable crises, and help patients remain at home rather than in the hospital. The Healthcare Advocacy - Clinical Director leads Sailor’s physician group, which provides telehealth care to patients with chronic conditions and complex care needs, including Medicare patients. The director shapes physician practice and clinical operations, oversees physician hiring and onboarding, develops the advocacy care model and protocols, and serves as an escalation point for difficult cases. This is an early clinical leadership role with responsibility for scaling the program while maintaining quality. The director is expected to continue seeing patients for part of their time.
