Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a long-term care setting
- Active New Jersey Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree
- 5+ years of managerial long-term care experience
- Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP) certification
Responsibilities
- Lead financial, quality, and operational performance for the 60-bed health center's departments, reporting to the Executive Director
- Maintain compliance with infection control, fire safety, sanitation, and universal precaution standards
- Coordinate state health inspections and survey processes, and manage relationships with residents, families, physicians, and government agencies
- Build and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating supplies
- Lead our compliance program, including the Compliance Hotline and standards of conduct
- Meet regularly with residents and families to address concerns and build trust
- Recommend and implement process improvements that support the community's goals
