Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable prospecting, following up, and building customer relationships
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
  • Healthcare, skilled nursing, or B2B sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within VA/Government and healthcare customer markets
  • Conduct product demonstrations both virtually and in person for Innovations equipment and solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, referral sources, manufacturers, and industry partners
  • Support trade shows, showroom visits, seminars, and customer events
  • Manage prospecting activity, follow-up communication, and customer information within CRM systems
  • Coordinate appointments and business development activities to support company growth goals
  • Support additional sales and marketing initiatives as needed
