HealtheConnections is seeking a Healthcare Account Manager to join their Customer Services team. This role involves providing advisory services and project coordination for healthcare organizations, including private practices, labs, community-based organizations, and public health departments. The primary goal is to maintain positive working relationships, ensure customer satisfaction with HealtheConnections’ services, and support the adoption and usage of their health information exchange (HIE) services. The position requires understanding customer needs, supporting training and service rollouts, and developing ongoing relationships as a trusted partner. The role will facilitate project completion, offer advice, support team outreach, deliver training, and drive results for both customers and HealtheConnections.
