About The Position

Moments Hospice is seeking a Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) to join their growing team. This field-based role involves building relationships and representing Moments Hospice's compassionate end-of-life care. Requirements

• Ability to build real relationships.
• Drive, empathy, and follow-through.
• Experience in hospice or home health sales, medical device or pharma, clinical liaison, RN liaison, nursing/social work/chaplaincy ready to step into sales, SNF or AL business development, or outside sales from other industries.
• Willingness to step into hospice sales with the right drive and heart.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or hospice sales experience is a great head start.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with potential referral sources.
• Represent Moments Hospice and its values.
• Bring in referrals for hospice care.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure promised services are delivered.
• Grow and manage a sales territory.
