Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write English required.
• Computer skill proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year secretarial/office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage phones, call lights, parent meals, patient schedules, keep information at nurses’ station up to date, coordinates/send out communication throughout unit, submitting tickets, coordinate bathing schedules, facilitate moves throughout hospital including room setup at admission and discharge.
• Assist with patient activity at nurses’ station.
• Contribute to maintain a tidy work environment; cleans nurses’ station and workspace, maintains stock of supplies and forms.
• Other duties as assigned
