Hillcrest Hospital’s 4 West Tower Complex Medical Care unit provides orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery, and trauma services to adult and geriatric patients requiring medical, surgical, and telemetry care. Heart conditions, vascular and neurological diseases, and congestive heart failure are just a few of this unit’s clinical specialties, but as a Level 2 trauma unit, caregivers can also gain valuable trauma experience and skills in a fast-paced environment. As a Health Unit Coordinator on this floor, your daily responsibilities will include performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the organization and flow of the department. Here, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients, families and visitors, ensuring everyone has the best experience possible.
