Requirements

Previous administrative, clerical, receptionist, or healthcare support experience required
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to patient support and operational excellence

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, or clinical environment preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Accurately process, transcribe, and distribute physician orders
Maintain and update patient records, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
Serve as a communication hub between providers, nurses, patients, and external contacts
Support daily administrative operations including answering phones, faxing, filing, and coordinating documentation
Help ensure timely, organized workflows that support quality patient care
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold hospital policies and compliance standards
