The Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Hillcrest Hospital is dedicated to delivering the highest quality, family-centered care to ill neonate and extremely low birth weight infants. This team provides 24-hour neonatology services, evidence-based nursing practice and advanced respiratory care, such as high-frequency ventilation and inhaled nitric oxide. As Health Unit Coordinator (HUC), you will offer unparalleled customer service to patients, families and visitors to enhance the Cleveland Clinic experience. Using your administrative and clerical skills, you will ensure an efficient operational flow of the department, allowing your fellow caregivers to continue providing optimal patient care. A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
