Job Summary The Health Transformation Access Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing NARMC’s access, value-based care, and service expansion initiatives. This position supports patient enrollment, care coordination, project implementation, and data-driven improvements that enhance access, quality, and efficiency across our health transformation programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Pharmacy Technician licensure with the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • Completion of Apexus 340B University or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare services, or related healthcare environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Business, Accounting, Public Health, or related field
  • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) certification
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in healthcare services, clinical operations, or value-based care
  • Hospital pharmacy or commercial pharmacy experience
  • Meditech experience
  • Knowledge of 340B policies, drug distribution, and healthcare compliance
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or quality improvement methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Health Transformation service lines
  • Coordinate patient enrollment and provide direct patient/member support and troubleshooting
  • Deliver patient-centered care optimization on a case-by-case basis
  • Support access, care coordination, and service-level operational activities
  • Assist with project implementation including design, stakeholder engagement, timelines, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, and 340B partners to support program monitoring
  • Communicate directly with contract pharmacies, providers, vendors, and internal departments
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for value-based care, quality improvement, and grants
  • Identify workflow redesign opportunities to improve clinical and administrative efficiency
  • Support service expansion, medication access initiatives, and rural health innovation projects
  • Provide basic financial auditing for associated service lines
  • Assist with mentoring assigned staff or interns as applicable
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to NARMC standards of behavior
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
