About The Position

We have an opening for an experienced and energetic Health Surveillance Technician in our Albian Oil Sands operation. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for conducting and tracking a variety of health surveillance tests, following our Occupational Health & Safety guidelines. Requirements

• Audiometric Technician certification
• Spirometry Technician certification
• Respiratory Mask Fitting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in the mining and/or oil & gas industry considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Perform testing duties (i.e. Audio testing, Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), Respiratory Mask Fitting, Vision Screening) for employees, contingent workers and embedded contractors
• Enter medical results in Canadian Natural’s medical system
• Complete medical record follow-ups with employee and Medical Director
• Receive and process external test results
• Issue medical requisitions
• Follow Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) guidelines and protocols
