About The Position

Lead analytics for key client relationships, delivering high-quality actuarial and financial insights. Translate data (claims, benchmarking, market trends) into clear, actionable client strategies. Support business growth through client impact, revenue contribution, and pipeline development. Provide technical oversight on models, financial scenarios, and deliverables. Mentor junior team members and elevate analytical and consulting capabilities. Collaborate across teams to share best practices and strengthen analytics solutions. Travel as needed.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of Health & Benefits analytics, actuarial, or financial experience (10+ years in consulting/brokerage)
  • Strong client-facing experience with complex organizations
  • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver meaningful analytical insights
  • Collaborative leader with experience developing teams and driving outcomes
  • Business acumen with a growth mindset
  • Strong communication and executive presence
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and complex data analysis
