About The Position
Rolla Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs and nursing assistants. The RN carries out supervision in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the community. The role advances a resident-first approach, treats the community as the residents’ home, helps create a homelike environment, and models person-centered care. Rolla Presbyterian Manor is part of a faith-based, not-for-profit organization. Compensation starts at $35.50 per hour, with a weekend differential and additional pay based on experience.
Requirements
- Possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or graduate from an approved RN program.
- Possess a current, active license to practice as an RN in the state.
- Have knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care community, or other related health care facility.
- Geriatric nursing experience.
