About The Position

The Kenwood is seeking an experienced Health Services Director to oversee its Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing neighborhoods. This role partners closely with the Memory Care Director and reports directly to the Executive Director. It is an opportunity for a proven nursing leader who is passionate about serving seniors, developing people, and creating a culture where residents thrive and associates love to work.

Requirements

• Current RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years of Director of Nursing leadership experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or a related senior living setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations, compliance, and team leadership.
• A passion for developing others and improving the lives of seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical operations of Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.
• Recruit, coach, and develop nursing, medication, and care teams.
• Ensure residents receive safe, personalized, and high-quality care.
• Partner with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to support exceptional outcomes.
• Drive regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, staffing, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and community leadership team to create a Top in Class resident and associate experience.
