CorrectHealth is seeking a full-time Health Services Coordinator (LPN) in Hamilton, GA. Currently, CorrectHealth serves over 35 correctional facilities across Georgia, Louisiana, the Southeast, and beyond.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN Nursing program
Hold and maintain licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment
Strong interpersonal, analytical and decision-making skills required
Strong computer skills required, including office software and internet

Nice To Haves

Corrections experience preferred
3-5 years of administrative/supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the efficient and effective administration of all health care services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Oversee clinical, financial, administrative, information technology, and human resources systems.
Promote the highest quality of patient care through fair and equitable policies and procedures in collaboration with health services team members and correctional staff.
Direct operations with an emphasis on appropriate resource utilization and performance standards set by NCCHC, ACA, and other accrediting agencies.
Exhibit leadership, team building, ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
