About The Position
Wichita Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join their team. The CMA will be responsible for assisting in the administration of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the department director. This role advances the value that the resident comes first, and the employee values the Community as the residents’ home, working to create attributes of home and modeling person-centered care. Requirements
- Must hold a current Certified Medication Aide certificate in accordance with laws of the state.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the administration of medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of the department director.
- Ensuring the administration of medications is in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
- Advancing the value that the resident comes first.
- Valuing the Community as the residents’ home and working to create attributes of home and modeling person centered care.
