About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Health Service Administrator at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center in Mansfield, Arkansas. Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40-bed, all-boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the stunning Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) license
Ability to manage student healthcare according to their needs
Ability to assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on-site and/or via telehealth
Ability to maintain resident medical files
Ability to enforce facility rules, policies, and routines
Ability to supervise 1-2 registered nurses at the site
