About The Position

Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Health Service Administrator at Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center in Mansfield, Arkansas. Mansfield Juvenile Treatment Center (MJTC) is a 40-bed, all-boys program located on 236 acres at the foot of the stunning Poteau Mountains, offering breathtaking lakeview sunsets and fresh mountain air. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Ability to manage student healthcare according to their needs
  • Ability to assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on-site and/or via telehealth
  • Ability to maintain resident medical files
  • Ability to enforce facility rules, policies, and routines
  • Ability to supervise 1-2 registered nurses at the site

  • Coordinating the daily activities of the medical department
  • Ensuring adherence to the healthcare guidelines
