Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent OR 2 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors to the hospital.
• Provides information and directions to locations throughout the hospital for patients and guests.
• Provides patient information in compliance with the HIPAA requirements and organizational privacy policies.
• Assists in improving patient satisfaction.
• Anticipates family needs and resolves issues before they become major source of concern.
• Receives guest suggestions, complaints and escalates through proper channels.
