As our Health Screener Assistant you will support the Coordinator of Health Services by performing client intake at health screening sites, ensuring forms are completed and health screening results are provided to clients. Every day you will perform program support functions, including providing age-appropriate health screenings and flu shots, data entry, scheduling appointments, and site set-up. To be successful in this role you will be required to work independently as needed.
