About The Position

Advantic Building Group is seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead, build, and continuously improve the company-wide safety program across two manufacturing facilities and customer project sites where employees and subcontractors install structural systems. The role maintains a regular presence at both manufacturing facilities and travels approximately 25% of the time to customer project sites. The position supports manufacturing and field operations through inspections, observations, risk assessments, task-level reviews, hazard identification, and review of site safety plans, job hazard analyses, and project documentation. It ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, and local environmental, occupational health, and safety requirements, including OSHA and relevant EPA and state environmental regulations. The HSE Manager also develops and delivers training, onboarding, toolbox talks, and safety communications; tracks required training and records; leads or facilitates incident investigations and case coordination; manages corrective and preventive actions; and supports emergency preparedness, drills, response coordination, and post-event reviews.
