About The Position

WB Melback Corporation is seeking a Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Specialist/Lead to help keep personnel and contractors safe, while keeping our environment safe. The role involves ensuring our workplace is safe, healthy, and free of risks to the environment and the community. This position will contribute to building a risk-aware, safety-focused culture that serves our customers and our community with excellence. The successful candidate will ensure the company and all job sites are in compliance with local and federal regulations, identify and assess risks on job sites, and develop plans to mitigate and eliminate those risks. This role provides support to the Health and Safety Manager and requires knowledge of construction management methods, processes, and best practices. Computer experience including Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Word is also necessary. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

5 Years HSE Experience
HSE Certification
Knowledge of construction management methods, processes, and best practices.
Computer experience including Excel Spreadsheet and Microsoft Word.
