The position will also assess current programs and Oregon’s capacity to support GAC services, recommending improvements that build sustainable systems of care aligned with House Bill 2002. In collaboration with the GAC Steering Committee and partners across OHA, Oregon Department of Human Services, other state agencies, and Coordinated Care Organizations, this position will strengthen cross-system relationships to ensure equitable access to high-quality, culturally and linguistically responsive gender affirming care.
