Responsible for promoting and selling Medicare Advantage plans to eligible beneficiaries within the organization and surrounding communities. This role involves building relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to educate them about available health plan options and facilitate enrollment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales required
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote Medicare Advantage plans to eligible individuals and their families.
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, presentations, and informational sessions within the hospital and community.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff, physicians, and community organizations to identify potential members.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure alignment in patient care and plan offerings.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about Medicare Advantage plans and benefits to potential enrollees.
  • Organize and participate in community events, health fairs, and educational workshops to raise awareness of available plans.
