Program Overview The Young Men Who Have Sex with Men (YMSM) Program provides comprehensive, community-based HIV prevention, sexual health education, and navigation services for young men who have sex with men. The program utilizes evidence based, harm reduction, and culturally responsive strategies to reduce HIV and HCV transmission, increase access to biomedical prevention, and address barriers to care. Purpose of the Position The Health Navigator / Outreach Worker is responsible for engaging YMSM through targeted outreach, delivering rapid testing services, facilitating group-level interventions, supporting drop-in programming, and providing navigation and linkage to HIV prevention and care services. This role ensures participants have access to prevention resources, supportive services, and a welcoming, affirming space.
