About The Position

Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health IT Data Analyst I to support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) Enterprise Health IT Staffing and Professional Services Support program. This role delivers actionable insights through data analysis, reporting, and visualization, ensuring clinical, operational, and performance data are accurate, timely, and aligned with leadership decision-making needs. All development, configuration, and implementation activities performed by this role are conducted within authorized Government-managed platforms and environments, subject to Government oversight, direction, and approval. This position follows a remote delivery model supporting IHSC/HITU, consistent with current program operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant analytical, health informatics, or IT field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with healthcare and operational datasets
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and visualization techniques
  • Understanding of healthcare data standards, metrics, and performance indicators
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful insights for leadership audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
  • Experience responding to ad hoc and recurring reporting needs in a federal healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with data governance and quality improvement initiatives
  • Experience supporting a DHS/ICE or other federal health IT program

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data to support reporting, performance monitoring, and program evaluation
  • Develop and maintain analytical products, dashboards, and reports in support of Government-managed systems
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through independent analysis, sampling, and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to define reporting requirements
  • Support ad hoc data requests and recurring reporting needs
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
  • Document data sources, methodologies, and assumptions used in reporting
  • Support data governance and quality improvement initiatives
