About The Position
The Health Information Management (“HIM”) Technician is responsible for inpatient assembly, analysis and admissions processing, including sorting, proofing and error identification of all reports, in support of the Health Information Management function. The HIM Technician also provides telephone back-up as needed. Requirements
- High School diploma or its equivalent with specialized training in an approved business, secretarial school or college.
- Previous medical record experience in healthcare setting preferred.
