Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High level of computer knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and processing all release of information requests for all provider offices according to state and federal law.
• Analyzing all records for completion and accuracy according to department and hospital policy and procedures for the next business day following discharge.
• Performing quality audits on charts according to the Quality standards set forth by the department.
