Responsible for requesting, receiving, preparing, digitizing and entering patient information into the electronic health record. This role involves prepping, scanning, and indexing documents into the electronic health record, performing detailed analysis of scanned documents for accuracy and completeness, and conducting quality assurance audits. The representative will also perform priority scanning, analyze personal health information (PHI) documents to determine scanning necessity and appropriate protocols, and upload/import documents into the electronic health record.
