As a Health Industry – Payer Utilization Management Consulting Manager, your primary responsibilities may include: Lead the planning and successful delivery of client engagements, managing the work of Accenture and client working teams and participating directly in project delivery execution Ensure the successful implementation of solutions within promised time and budget, and to the client’s satisfaction Build and maintain trust-based client relationships based on successful delivery and a client-centered approach Serve as an example-driven leader to the project team, providing opportunities for people to develop and enhance key skills, giving honest and timely feedback, and establishing a followership of people who want to work with you Develop project plans and solutions that are tailored to client needs Support development of Accenture assets and tools used to drive and accelerate value to our clients, with particular emphasis on assets focused on utilization management.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in Payer Utilization Management, including in an operational leadership role that was accountable for delivering on productivity, quality and compliance metrics
Minimum of 3 years of Health Industry management consulting experience
Bachelor's Degree

Proven ability to plan, organize and deliver impactful results across multiple projects or initiatives
Proven understanding of utilization management operating models, technology enablers, and regulatory requirements
Experience applying data-driven insights, advanced automation, and creative sourcing solutions to transform payer clinical operations and outcomes
Skilled at unlocking the value of AI to improve payer clinical operations performance
