About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Bridges Preparatory School as a Health Educator! As a Health Educator, you will have the unique opportunity to promote health and wellness through prevention awareness. You will create a safe and inclusive space for students to discuss health and wellness. Your creativity and expertise will play a vital role in developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that foster a knowledge of health and wellness while aligning with our school's vision and mission. Through dynamic lessons and creative projects, you will help students explore their knowledge and understanding of health related topics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in specific area of education or equivalent experience
- Educator Certificate
- SLED, Criminal County and Federal records, Multi State sex offender, government watchlist and SSN Trace
Responsibilities
- Promote health and wellness through prevention awareness.
- Create a safe and inclusive space for students to discuss health and wellness.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that foster a knowledge of health and wellness.
- Help students explore their knowledge and understanding of health related topics through dynamic lessons and creative projects.
