Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline) or relevant experience
2+ years of experience in Value Based Care analytics
2+ years of experience building data visualizations in Tableau or Power BI
2+ years of experience building cost benefit analyses
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel-based analytics and data manipulation
Proven exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a solid ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and technical concepts to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

Use knowledge of healthcare as a business to uncover and translate total cost of care management opportunities into measurable metrics, hypotheses, and analytic plans (baseline, segmentation, drivers, intervention sizing)
Use Tableau / Power BI dashboards and Excel to visualize administrative and clinical data, metrics, and trends, to identify areas of opportunity and present findings to diverse groups of clinical and administrative stakeholders
Develop financial models, including cost benefit analysis, to estimate potential opportunities and measure expected ROI
Gain a deep understanding of total cost-of-care management strategies by engaging with clinical and administrative stakeholders driving value-based care initiatives
Ensure methodologies used to model and measure affordability impact are consistent, statistically sound, and transparent, building trust and credibility with regional and enterprise partners
Assist in preparing and reviewing recurring reports and analyses to ensure they are clear, accurate, and aligned with organizational needs
Partner with internal teams to standardize processes, improve workflow efficiency, and support operational readiness for new analytic capabilities
