Requirements
- A recognised certification in Health Coaching or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Health Coach, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience in programme development and execution.
- A genuine passion for health and wellness and a commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
- Proficiency in standard office software and a willingness to learn new systems.
Nice To Haves
- A degree in Nutrition, Public Health, Kinesiology, or a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering comprehensive wellness programmes.
- Conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions to support employees with their health, nutrition, and lifestyle goals.
- Developing, implementing, and managing corporate wellness programmes and initiatives that address key health indicators.
- Creating and distributing engaging educational materials, including workshops, newsletters, and presentations on various health topics such as stress management, nutrition, and physical activity.
- Collaborating with the Human Resources department to integrate wellness into the company culture.
- Tracking participation and assessing the effectiveness of wellness initiatives, providing regular reports to management.
- Serving as a confidential resource for employees seeking guidance on health and well-being matters.
